Here with Styles of Excellence we seek to style but also serve our clients. Please read our policies below in regards to our cancellation policy and also COVID-19 policies. Feel free to email us if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Brandy Cornelius’ Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 50% of service price for late cancellations and 100% for no shows.

Brandy Cornelius’ COVID-19 Policy

All clients must wear a mask at their appointments. If you are feeling sick or you are running a fever, please call 3 hours before your appointment and/or reschedule via StyleSeat. Upon services, new clients will sign a COVID waiver and every client will have their temperature taken before the appoinement begins. If you choose to pay cash, please ensure it is in a Ziplock bag to provide a contactless transaction.
